About My Clients
I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. I specialize in LGBTQ+ issues, identity exploration, and psychedelic integration. My ideal clients are curious, open to self-reflection, and ready to do meaningful, healing work. I offer in-person therapy in Stone Ridge (Hudson Valley, Ulster County) and telehealth across NY, including Kingston, New Paltz, Woodstock, and Rhinebeck.
My Background and Approach
I've been a licensed psychotherapist since 2007 and draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic practices, and trauma-informed care to support meaningful, lasting change. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that healing happens through connection—both with ourselves and with others. Clients often share that they feel truly seen in our work together and leave therapy with greater clarity, resilience, and self-compassion. Based in Stone Ridge, NY, I serve clients throughout the Hudson Valley — including Kingston, Woodstock, New Paltz, Rhinebeck, and the Catskills — as well as statewide via telehealth.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I’m committed to creating a warm, inclusive space where people feel safe to show up as they are. I’ve worked extensively with individuals navigating questions of identity, belonging, and self-worth, and I believe in the healing power of being deeply seen and understood. My work is grounded in values of compassion, social justice, and respect for each person’s unique path. I strive to bring openness, curiosity, and care into every session.
