My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) dedicated to helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, burnout, ADHD-related challenges, life transitions, relationship concerns, self-esteem struggles, and emotional overwhelm. My goal is to create a supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. Drawing from evidence-based practices including CBT, ACT, DBT, mindfulness, psychodynamic insight, solution-focused therapy, and strength-based approaches, I help clients develop practical coping skills, increase self-awareness, and build on their existing strengths. For clients who desire it, I also welcome the integration of biblical principles and faith-based values into the therapeutic process. Together, we'll work toward healing, resilience, and lasting growth so you can move forward with greater confidence and clarity.
