I have experience working with teen and young adults struggling with their mental health, regulating their emotions to where it is affecting their school, work, and/or interpersonal relationships.

I am eclectic when it comes to my therapeutic approach,creating a safe, judgement free space, to explore feelings, and learn helpful tools. I work from a humanistic, person centered, DBT, CBT, ACT, and trauma informed approach. Whatever works best for you and what you're bringing in; but always with underlying empathy and kindness.
