About My Clients
I work with adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or disconnected from themselves, others, or their bodies. Many of my clients are navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, or long-standing patterns they’re ready to understand differently. I strive to create an inclusive, affirming space where you can move at your own pace and feel supported as you reconnect with yourself.
My Background and Approach
I see therapy as a collaborative, down-to-earth process where all parts of you are welcome. I’m influenced by Internal Family Systems (IFS) and somatic practices, which means we’ll pay attention to both your inner world and what shows up in your body. Rather than trying to “fix” anything, we’ll get curious about the different parts of you and understand how they’re trying to help. I also believe your body holds valuable information, so we may slow things down, notice sensations, and build skills that help you feel more grounded and regulated in everyday life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I value authenticity, compassion, and justice, and I believe therapy should be a space where people feel seen, respected, and safe to be fully themselves. I am committed to providing affirming care and to ongoing learning around issues of race, gender, sexuality, culture, and power. I support marginalized communities and believe in the importance of anti-racist and inclusive practices, both in and outside the therapy room. My work is guided by a belief in dignity, autonomy, and the inherent worth of every person. I strive to approach this work with humility, curiosity, and accountability, recognizing that healing is deeply personal and also shaped by larger social systems.
