About My Clients
Most communities of color are struggling with mental health issues due to everyday life and the stress of violent, social issues. I am a part of a larger, overall community and honor the struggle of each that have experienced oppression in their lives. Though I enjoy working with and welcome all people, I focus on folks of color in order to address the disparity and lack of diversity in our current mental health system.
My Background and Approach
I use an eclectic approach utilizing various methods to fit what you need in order to move forward. If you need more direction, you got it. If you just need to vent and process, I will hold that space. If you need me to build you up and remind you why you are worthy, I got you.
