My Background and Approach
My therapeutic approach stems from Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT). However, I will also incorporate additional methods and techniques based upon your personalized needs. My goal is to display empathy throughout our sessions while ensuring a safe environment free of judgment that allows you an opportunity for reflection, healing, and growth. I would love an opportunity to meet you and help you find joy by removing the obstacles that keep you from experiencing fulfillment in life.
