Together, we can uncover and repattern the struggling parts within you, supporting your capacity to dance with life's inevitabilities with immense grace; My belief is that in discovering “why the pain" (Gabor Mate) and meeting it fully, we can recover the lost traits of your original soul imprint to restore dignity and a healthy ego expression. We will utilize present moment awareness along with energetic & embodiment practices to assist your nervous system to return to its’ optimal state of being: peace with the ability to receive, respond & release in choice.
