My Background and Approach
I believe the therapeutic room should be a place of open and honest discussion where you can feel comfortable. I believe that when you leave my counseling office, you should be able to leave with insight and skills that are practical and applicable. I have many years of experience and learning ways to gain back control of the issues you are facing. We will work with what is going on with your thoughts and how they affect your body. We will address ways to reroute those feelings into solutions that are more realistic for you.
