About My Clients
My clients are usually smart and thoughtful, and yet have still struggled with social communication, relationships and daily living. They wonder if they might be autistic or have ADHD. I understand that people are wired differently, each of us unique, not better or worse. You deserve to be listened to, heard, and respected. If you've ever wondered why you struggle with things other people seem to find easy, I can help you explore and find your answers.
My Background and Approach
As a clinical psychologist, I deliver interventions and treatment to people from a variety of ethnic, racial, religious, cultural, and linguistic backgrounds. I'm devoted to adapting my services to the unique needs of my clients from diverse backgrounds.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a neurodiversity-affirming practitioner. This means that I don't believe there is anything "wrong" with being autistic or an ADHDer. You are not broken, so I won't say, "Let's fix this." Instead, I say, "Let's discover what is within." I would be honored to join you on your journey of self-discovery and help you find the answers you need and deserve.
