Leveraging my Gottman Method Level 2 training, I work with partners at any stage—whether facing significant struggles or simply looking for supportive guidance. I also offer pre-marital therapy, and focus on equipping couples with concrete, easily applicable tools that can be used every day to create healthier relationships. My goal is always to equip my clients with concrete, practical tools that you can immediately adapt and incorporate into your daily life for healthier relationships and greater personal clarity.

I believe in the limitless capacity for human growth and change at every stage of life. I see mental health challenges not as fixed states, but as a result of unhealthy, learned behaviors that can be unlearned and replaced with healthy ones.
