My approach is integrative, with a strong foundation in the Psychodynamic theory, allowing me to delve deeply into the emotional and psychological underpinnings of relationship dynamics. In therapy, we focus on building understanding and trust, fostering open communication, and exploring new paths to intimacy and connection. I offer virtual sessions only.
