About My Clients
Anxiety, depression, self-worth, grief, & life transitions are all fair game. Let's talk about your narrative, your angst, your relationship issues and work together to find balance and perspective. Be prepared to engage in self-compassion, mindfulness, and authenticity.
My Background and Approach
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University Seattle, where I focused my education on social justice, existential theory, mindfulness, and attachment-related issues. In collaborating with me, you’ll experience a warm, inviting atmosphere where I employ humor, compassion, and creativity. I encourage clients to consider avenues of strength and resilience, of family patterns, of coping mechanisms, and of all the systems that intersect in life. Let’s peel back the layers of life experiences and discover the person that exists beneath all the labels. I tend to approach sessions through an intuitive lens and I welcome other sensitive individuals to lean into their intuition and to trust themselves. I enjoy using Tarot as a projective/self-discovery intervention. Additionally, I am registered with Pineapple Support to provide reduced-cost services to those in the adult online industry.
