My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Healing is possible. I help adults and children navigate narcissistic abuse, divorce, trauma, and family conflict, providing guidance and strategies to reduce anxiety, restore boundaries, and create lasting emotional and relational growth. I believe that every person deserves to feel seen, understood, and supported in their journey toward healing. People grow best when they are met with compassion, respect, and empathy, and when their experiences are validated without judgment. I believe that trauma, abuse, and high-conflict life experiences leave lasting impacts, but with the right support, individuals and families can rebuild trust, restore hope, and reconnect with their strengths. I also believe in meeting children where they are developmentally, using play therapy and creative approaches to help them express emotions safely. My work is grounded in the belief that healing is possible, and every client can develop resilience and emotional well-being.
