About My Clients
Life can be hard and sometimes have some twists and turns that weren't planned. Maybe you just found out that having a child the way you envision is not going to happen. Or maybe you feel alone & sad with this new baby in your home, almost like you don't know who you are anymore. I understand that taking the first step to come to a therapy session can be nerve wracking and uncomfortable since you don't know me yet, but I hope that in time you can feel that this is a safe space for you to open up
My Background and Approach
I can help you as you navigate all of the emotions that come with life changes, anxiety and much more. I tend to gear towards a client centered approach and believe my clients are in the driver seat. I incorporate other interventions as well that are drawn from solution focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and family systems approach. I know everyone is different and things that might work for one person does not necessarily work for another person. I want to find what works best for you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am accepting of all people from all backgrounds, sexual orientations and beliefs. I believe everyone deserves a safe environment to develop in as a person and to explore anything they want to in their life.
