My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 17 years of experience working with children, families, adults, and couples. Over the course of my career, I’ve helped clients from all walks of life navigate the challenges of stress, anxiety, and unexpected life events. Whether working with individuals dealing with anxiety, couples seeking better communication, or families adjusting to major transitions, my goal is always the same: to empower clients to improve their overall quality of life and achieve lasting, meaningful change. As a therapist, I specialize in addressing the emotional, mental, and physical impacts of stress and anxiety. I understand how life’s challenges—whether they are related to relationships, work, family dynamics, or personal struggles—can create feelings of overwhelm and disconnect. Through therapy, I help clients build resilience, foster emotional balance, and develop the tools needed to manage difficult emotions and create healthier, more fulfilling lives.
