I am so glad you are here! Are you feeling stressed? Overwhelmed? Anxious? Depressed? I can help! I want to help you feel in control of your own emotional health and current life circumstances. I believe in meeting clients wherever they are in this moment without judgement. My specialties include working with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, crisis, relationship difficulties, stress, struggling with life adjustments/transitions, parenting, and grief.

I want to help you feel empowered to find balance in your life so you can overcome any challenges you may face and ultimately find the joy and happiness you desire! This is a safe place for you to openly discuss anything you maybe facing at this moment, we will work together to support your desired goals! We are a team! My goal is to build hope and resilience through using a variety of approaches and methods to help you decrease symptoms and increase wellness. Our mental and physical health directly affect one another therefore I will incorporate holistic and mindfulness methods into our work together to help you find a source of strength and balance.
