About My Clients
At Center for Compassion, I work with clients across the lifespan who are navigating pre-bereavement, grief, loss, and other difficult life transitions. Many of the individuals and families I support are facing some of life's most painful and uncertain moments, and they are looking for a compassionate space where they feel understood and supported without judgment. I am here to help clients feel seen, respected, and empowered as they work toward greater peace, clarity, and hope.
My Background and Approach
With over 15 years of experience working as a bereavement coordinator for a hospice company, I support individuals of all ages who are navigating grief. My work is grounded in a person-centered, humanistic, existential, and mindfulness-based approach, which means that I strive to meet each client with empathy and respect. I am especially passionate about helping people through life's hardest and most vulnerable moments. I understand that reaching out for support can feel daunting, and I ai to create a compassionate, non-judgmental space where client feel heard, understood, and supported. My goal is to walk alongside you as you move through this challenging chapter, honoring your unique history along the way.
