About My Clients
I approach therapy like I approach shoes - they aren't a once-size-fits all, and sometimes we have to try on a few styles/sizes before we find what we're looking for. If that's not me - that's okay! If it is, great! The important thing is that clients feel safe, comfortable, and like they have autonomy over their journey to better mental health. I work with clients ages 13-99 individually, and offer premarital counseling to adults 18+.
My Background and Approach
Therapy with me means that you can walk away feeling like you've been able to have a voice, and you've been able to feel heard and understood in the space. Therapy is not about me - it's about you and helping you accomplish your goals. I work together alongside my clients, coming up with creative ways that are relevant and effective to each individual's needs - because we're all different. I am a safe space for the LGBTQ community and the BDSM/Kink community.
