My Background and Approach
My approach is warm, non-judgmental and supportive. As a therapist with cross-cultural experience, I connect easily with clients from other cultures. I am intimately familiar with the struggles associated with transition and the adjustments needed to adapt to an unfamiliar environment. We will work together in individual therapy to overcome your life's challenges to shift your thought process so that you can feel more joy in your life. I provide EMDR therapy for anxiety disorder and depression. I am also able to provide you with EMDR therapy online to help you to heal from the symptoms of emotional distress and traumatic experiences.
