About My Clients
I work with adults and high-achieving professionals who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally exhausted as they navigate stressful life transitions. Many are experiencing burnout, career pressure, relationship challenges, self-doubt, or uncertainty about the future while trying to keep up with daily demands. I also bring vocational rehabilitation and career advisement experience, allowing me to support clients holistically across personal, emotional, and professional challenges.
My Background and Approach
My approach is collaborative and practical, combining evidence-based therapies such as Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Interpersonal Therapy, and compassion-focused techniques tailored to each client’s needs. I specialize in helping adults navigate anxiety, burnout, stress, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions with greater clarity, resilience, and confidence. My vocational rehabilitation and career advisement experience allows me to support clients holistically through personal, emotional, and professional challenges, including work stress, identity shifts, and life direction.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing and growth happen when people feel heard, supported, and emotionally safe. Therapy is not about “fixing” who you are, but creating space to understand yourself more deeply, build resilience, and move through life’s challenges with greater self-compassion and confidence. I view therapy as a collaborative process where clients are supported at their own pace. I also recognize that emotional well-being is connected to many areas of life, including relationships, work, identity, and culture. My vocational rehabilitation and career support experience reinforces a holistic approach, considering how daily stressors, transitions, and responsibilities impact mental health. My goal is to help clients feel more grounded, balanced, and connected to themselves as they create meaningful change.
