About My Clients
I often work with individuals who despite seeming to "have it all together" on the outside, might be struggling with low self-esteem, anxious thoughts, or feeling generally unfilled by their life or relationships around them. Together we will explore what makes you the person you are today, what might have you feeling stuck and unable to move forward, and how to work toward living the life you want and deserve.
My Background and Approach
I would describe my therapeutic approach as compassionate, direct, and authentic. I strive to create a sense of safety and trust with my clients that allows them to be fully themselves, without fear of judgment. Although I tailor my approach to my client's needs, overall I utilize elements from psychodynamic therapy, a person-centered approach, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
