My Background and Approach
I am a triple board-certified psychiatrist in Child/Adolescent Psychiatry, Adult Psychiatry, and Integrative Medicine, offering integrative mental health treatment to children, adolescents, and adults. I have trained and worked in the mental health field for the past 10 years, in several countries and across multiple settings. I am passionate about tapping into humans’ abilities to heal themselves, getting to the root causes of the challenges you are facing and combining conventional therapies with lifestyle changes, supplements, and mind-body approaches.
