About My Clients
I support adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship stress, or boundary challenges. Many people come to me feeling overwhelmed and wanting a gentle space to slow down, feel understood, and explore what they need. I offer virtual therapy across Maryland, giving you the comfort and flexibility to connect from wherever you feel most at ease.
My Background and Approach
With over 14 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, I bring both skill and compassion to the therapeutic process. I focus on giving clients practical tools they can use in daily life while also creating a safe, reflective space for deeper healing. My work is grounded in a humanistic approach that honors each person’s strengths and potential. I also integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients notice and shift unhelpful thought patterns, and Solution‑Focused strategies to highlight resources and support meaningful, achievable change. Above all, I aim to walk alongside clients with warmth and steadiness as they build resilience, strengthen relationships, and move toward the life they want.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe deeply in people’s ability to grow and become the version of themselves they feel proud of. Justice and compassion guide how I move through the world, and I value speaking up when something isn’t right. I’m an ally to the LGBTQ community and support everyone’s right to live as their authentic self. I’m also a mother of twins, which has strengthened my appreciation for patience, flexibility, and the many layers of being human. Outside of therapy, I’m an avid gardener who loves growing food and flowers, and I find that creativity whether in the garden or in life can be a powerful way to process emotions and navigate challenging experiences.
