My Background and Approach
I use CBT and ACT techniques to help you clarify the values that influence your life. Using uniquely crafted exercises around core values and beliefs, we will collaborate on finding an answer to the timeless but significant question of "Who am I?" I integrate a mindfulness approach to help you transmit your new awareness from the session to the real world. We will also review other dimensions of wellness to optimize your overall well-being.
