About My Clients
Whether you are facing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, grief, or simply struggling to cope with life’s challenges, I am here to walk alongside you. Together, we will build practical behavioral health coping skills, explore solutions, and create a path toward emotional balance, healing, and personal growth.
My Background and Approach
Choosing the right support for your mental and emotional well-being is an important decision, and I want you to feel confident in the care you receive. I hold a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Houston–Downtown (2022) and a Master of Social Work from the University of Houston (2023), where I received advanced training in behavioral health, client-centered care, and evidence-based therapeutic practices. In 2024, I became a Licensed Community Health Worker, enhancing my ability to connect individuals and families with meaningful health and community resources. My goal is to provide compassionate, unbiased, and culturally responsive care where you feel safe, supported, and empowered throughout your healing journey.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and I want you to know that you are not alone. Life brings challenges that can sometimes feel heavy, confusing, or overwhelming, and it takes courage to seek guidance during those moments. My goal is to provide a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free space where you can speak openly, feel heard, and be supported with compassion and respect.
