My goal is to help you thrive, find balance, and live authentically.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and owner of Diverse Minds Psychotherapy in Monroeville, PA, specializing in Individual, Couples, and Family Therapy. I use a trauma-informed, evidence-based approach tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. I’m especially passionate about creating an inclusive, affirming space for neurodivergent individuals. I hold a Bachelor's in Psychology with minors in Sociology and Organizational Leadership from SNHU (2017), and a Master’s in Clinical Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling (2019). My diverse background includes working with students with disabilities and gaining cross-cultural mental health experience in Pakistan. These experiences have shaped my holistic and culturally responsive approach to therapy. My goal is to support lasting change, healing, and growth by equipping clients with the tools and strategies they need to thrive. Outside of work, I enjoy time with my boys, working out, and creating content for social media.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that therapy is a collaborative journey rooted in trust, compassion, and respect. Every individual carries a unique story shaped by culture, identity, relationships, and life experiences. I honor each client’s worldview and strive to create a safe, inclusive space where they can explore their thoughts and emotions without fear of judgment. I view healing as a deeply personal process that requires empathy, patience, and the right support. I believe in meeting people exactly where they are and walking alongside them as they work toward growth, self-understanding, and meaningful change. As a trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming therapist, I recognize the profound impact of past experiences and systemic influences. I am committed to fostering resilience and helping clients reconnect with their inner strengths. I also believe therapy should be practical and empowering—providing tools that support both emotional well-being and everyday life challenges.
