I have extensive experience providing trauma-informed, culturally responsive care for adults navigating anxiety, depression, and major life changes. I use an integrative, trauma-informed approach combining mind–body therapies, CBT, and relational frameworks like family systems. Sessions are collaborative and culturally responsive, supporting insight, coping skills, and meaningful change aligned with your authentic self.
