About My Clients
I specialize in working with children, teens, and adults navigating life transitions, trauma, anxiety, and relationship challenges. With a background in early childhood mental health, integrated behavioral health, and community support, I provide compassionate, culturally responsive care. I’m especially attuned to the needs of caregivers, neurodiverse individuals, and those adjusting to new environments or identities. My goal is to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA) with a Master of Social Work and over a decade of experience in early childhood development. My background includes a BS in Health Systems Management and a graduate certificate in Early Childhood Mental Health. I’ve worked across educational, medical, and community settings, supporting children, adults, and families through transitions, trauma, anxiety, and chronic health concerns. As an Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH) scholar, I’ve collaborated closely with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic, person-centered care. I specialize in helping neurodiverse individuals, caregivers, and those adjusting to new roles or environments. My clients benefit from a warm, strengths-based approach grounded in evidence-based strategies and cultural humility. I’m here to offer a supportive space where you can feel seen, heard, and empowered to create lasting change.
