About My Clients
I am a holistic integrative Psychiatry Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of medical nursing clinical hands-on experience in critical care medicine, emergency room, as well as inpatient psychiatry training and experience. I am also trained in nutritional and integrative psychiatric interventions with a personal background in herbal and supplementation medicine.
My Background and Approach
We are integrative psychiatry and counseling clinic that assesses each client on a comprehensive individualized level. Medications are not for everyone; as such, we understand these aspects and work within the clients' means of comfort while supporting other aspects of wellness to bring about mind and body wellness. We intend to create a wellness center where root causes are identified and treated. We do not look to treat symptoms. We treat for recovery of long-term wellness. We are now taking new clients in Bethesda, MD; Silver Spring, MD; Rockville, MD, Washington, DC. We do see clients in DC and Virginia as well via Telepsychiatry.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Wellness is also a unique process for everyone. Individualistic treatment has always been the core of my practice- a holistic individualistic approach. Understand that your wellness should combine traditional, alternative, and holistic. I want to help you learn how to maintain your wellness that can be established around your everyday routines and sustained through consistency with the support of a provider/s that understands and is capable of supporting you.
