About My Clients
I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to show up as they are. Whether we’re exploring big emotions, building coping skills, navigating transitions, or strengthening family relationships, therapy with me is collaborative, supportive, and paced to meet each client’s unique needs. Rather than treating these concerns as isolated issues, I help clients understand how their emotions, relationships, and experiences interconnect.
My Background and Approach
My journey into this work began at the University of Maryland, College Park, where I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. I went on to train at the Kennedy Krieger Institute in the Behavioral Management Clinic, gaining foundational experience in child behavior, emotional regulation, and family support. I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Towson University, where I began providing therapy to children and adolescents and discovered my passion for helping young people navigate life’s emotional and developmental complexities. Clients often describe my style as calm, validating, and approachable. I balance structure with flexibility, offering practical tools while also making space for reflection and growth. I believe therapy should feel supportive, not intimidating, and that progress happens through trust, consistency, and connection.
