About My Clients
My clients are adults in their 20s–50s who are tired of just getting by. They may be navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, grief, or the quiet weight of never feeling quite enough. Many are professionals, women, and entrepreneurs carrying stress they rarely show. I also have deep experience working with South Asian, BIPOC, and first-generation immigrant communities. Whoever you are — you are welcome here.
My Background and Approach
I am a psychologist with over a decade of clinical experience working with adults across a wide range of life experiences and challenges. Much of my work centers on helping people break free of harmful cycles — patterns of thinking, relating, and coping that once made sense but no longer serve them. My approach is integrative — drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic principles, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care — always tailored to you. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a real conversation. My style is warm, direct, and grounded. I will challenge you when it matters and support you when you need it. I use an integrative psychoanalytically informed approach inclusive of CBT and Mindfulness Based Therapy. My goal is simple — to help you understand yourself more deeply, break through what is holding you back, and build a life that actually feels like
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing is not linear and every person carries wisdom within them that therapy helps unlock. The bravest thing a person can do is look honestly at their own life and choose to grow. I am committed to therapy that is culturally humble, evidence-informed, and deeply human. Mental health is not a privilege — it is a human right. Suffering does not discriminate. Neither does my practice.
