I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my practice. In your first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and then decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress. With CBT, we'll look at how your thoughts affect your emotions and experience. During treatment, I'll help you learn how to push back against those thoughts to change your feelings for the better.

Whether you’re navigating trauma, anxiety, life transitions, or identity-related stress, my goal is to help you feel safe, seen, and supported as you work toward healing and growth. At SHIFT Your Journey, I believe that therapy is most effective when it’s collaborative — built on trust, empathy, and respect for your story. Together, we’ll explore your challenges, reconnect with your strengths, and begin shifting toward greater balance and self-compassion. I believe healing happens in spaces where we feel seen, valued, and accepted for who we are. My goal as your therapist is to walk beside you- not in front of you- as you reconnect with your inner strength and begin to rewrite your story from a place of self-awareness and empowerment. You don’t have to navigate this journey alone.
