As a therapist I have one goal in mind: to help you take action and create the change you desire in life. My approach is solution focused and action oriented based on clinically proven practices such as, rational emotive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and anger management. We will develop strategies based on your values to create the desired outcome. I guide you through an actionable approach created from years of practicing solution-based therapies. I believe we all have the strength and resilience to transcend our adversities and improve the quality of our lives. What I do is provide you the assistance in identifying your values and defining methods to use those values as a guide to live the life you desire. The process is like learning to drive.
