About My Clients
I work with women who are tired of putting themselves last. The women I treat experience symptoms related to anxiety, depression, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, and self-esteem issues. My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Supervisor in South Carolina and a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina. I have over a decade of clinical experience treating individuals wanting to live a more abundant life. I believe that healing is rooted in connection. My hope is that clients find their strengths and inner resources in order to improve their overall quality of life. As a therapist, my goal is to provide a non-judgmental, therapeutic environment for my clients. I specialize in treating perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, depression, anxiety, trauma and women's issues. I am trained to use evidence-based practices to help you relinquish the past, cope with the present, and look forward to a prosperous future.

Therapy is about teamwork. I believe that if we work together magical things can happen. My core values are Peace, Positivity, Compassion, Respect and Laughter. As a therapist, my values are often reflected in the services I offer. I believe that each of these can play an intricate part of the therapeutic processs.
