I work with women who appear confident but struggle quietly with shame, self-doubt, or never feeling “good enough.” Therapy is a space to untangle where those beliefs started and begin showing up with more clarity, boundaries, and self-trust.

We look at where these patterns came from, how they show up in your relationships, and how to build emotional safety that lasts. AEDP is grounded in the belief that healing happens in relationship, and that we’re wired for connection. In our work, I help you safely access the feelings you've had to bury, while offering attuned support so you don't have to go there alone. It's deep, powerful, and often exactly what clients need after years of just coping.

I’m rooted in psychodynamic therapy, which means I take your inner world seriously. Together, we explore unconscious defenses, family dynamics, and the ways your personality adapted to survive — sometimes at the cost of your true self. This work is deep: we look at patterns, transference, and how the past is quietly shaping the present. But it’s never cold or clinical. I bring warmth, humanity, and curiosity into every session. Insight is just the beginning — we’re here to rework the foundation.

My therapy style is deeply relational because the relationship is the therapy. I work with clients who’ve spent their lives performing for love or bracing for disappointment. In session, I’m tracking how closeness feels for you, how you protect yourself, and what it’s like to be truly seen. I reflect what I notice with honesty and care, creating space for emotional risk and real connection. Over time, the therapeutic relationship becomes a corrective emotional experience.

Anxiety isn’t just racing thoughts — it’s the pressure to keep it all together. I work with women stuck in overthinking, people-pleasing, and feeling like they’re never doing enough.
