Accepting Clients

I’m an integrative mental health therapist passionate about helping people create meaningful change for all mental health struggles.

About My Clients

An ideal client is someone willing to challenge themselves both emotionally and behaviorally, inside and outside of session. They show up ready to practice new skills, take meaningful risks, and reflect honestly on their patterns. With radical self-honesty and curiosity, they’re open to discomfort in service of growth, knowing real change happens when insight is paired with action in everyday life.

My Background and Approach

I believe that every person deserves respect, dignity, and space to live in alignment with their own values, identity, and beliefs. As a therapist, I am affirming of all lifestyles, cultures, and spiritual or religious paths, and I strive to create a space where people feel safe being fully themselves. My work is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and the belief that growth happens when we feel accepted rather than judged. Outside of therapy, my greatest joy is my family. Being a father is one of the most meaningful roles in my life, and it continually teaches me patience, presence, and perspective — qualities that naturally inform how I show up for clients. I’m also deeply passionate about movement and wellness. Teaching yoga and prioritizing physical fitness are important parts of how I stay balanced and connected to my own wellbeing. I value the mind-body connection and believe caring for both supports resilience, clarity, and emotional health.
