About My Clients

Clients I work with often have tried therapy before and found it helpful but incomplete, or they might be looking for something more profound. They are seeking a genuine, collaborative therapeutic relationship that avoids pathologizing or rushing the process. They may also need help making sense of their suffering without reducing it to a diagnosis, while still gaining practical grounding and emotional regulation.

My Background and Approach

I have availability for telehealth on Monday & Tuesday and telehealth/in-person on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. I have experience and training in various depth psychology approaches, including existential, humanistic, psychodynamic, and relational psychology. My work is rooted in creating a warm, collaborative space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at a deeper level. I specialize in helping clients navigate challenges like anxiety, depression, life transitions, and identity exploration, supporting them in cultivating greater self-awareness, connection, and meaning. Together, we’ll tailor our work to your unique needs, empowering you to move through difficulties and embrace a more fulfilling and authentic life.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I approach therapy with a deep commitment to equity, inclusivity, and social justice. I am passionate about creating affirming spaces for individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those in the LGBTQIA+ community, people of color, and anyone navigating experiences of marginalization. I believe in the transformative power of fostering connection and understanding, both within ourselves and in our communities. Outside of therapy, I engage with causes that align with my values, including advocacy for mental health access and homelessness rehabilitation. In my work, I strive to honor the intersections of identity, culture, and systemic challenges. I support clients in discovering their inherent strengths and cultivating meaningful change. Whether you’re seeking to heal, grow, or rediscover your sense of purpose, I’m here to walk alongside you on your journey.
