My Background and Approach
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) with a Master's in Clinical Mental Health from CU Denver. When it comes to therapy, I prefer a person-centered approach that values your lived experiences. You and I will work together to identify your strengths and use them to promote positive change and achieve your goals. I also pull from ACT, CBT, and DBT to explore and understand how your thoughts impact your emotions, self-esteem, behavior, and relationships.

I’ve personally faced some of the curveballs life tends to throw at us, and as a result I understand how hard it can be to find support when we need it most. When I’ve faced those challenges in the past, therapy has provided me with the crucial support that I needed. I’ve found it helpful and comforting to have a dedicated time to sort through my thoughts and feelings. As your therapist, I strive to provide you with the same supportive, welcoming, and understanding space. My goal is to help you identify your strengths, build skills, and achieve your goals in a way that aligns with your values.
