About My Clients

I work best with teens, college students, and young adults navigating identity, relationships, anxiety, and life transitions. I’m especially passionate about supporting young men facing porn/sex addiction and those seeking purpose, healing, and direction. I also strive to create a welcoming space for Black clients who want to feel seen, heard, and understood. My goal is to meet you where you are and walk with you toward hope and growth.

My Background and Approach

I am a graduate student in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, currently completing my final year of training as I work toward becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor. My background includes four years in college ministry, where I walked closely with high school and college students through challenges involving identity, relationships, and personal growth. This experience allows me to connect easily with young people and understand the unique pressures they face. I am also a certified sexual addiction coach and am currently pursuing my CSAT (Certified Sex Addiction Therapist) credential. This equips me to support clients—especially young men—who feel stuck in cycles they deeply want to break. My approach is compassionate, practical, and focused on helping you create real, lasting change. Through both my clinical training and personal experiences overcoming adversity, I bring empathy, resilience, and authenticity into the counseling space,so you feel understood and empowered.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

My approach to counseling is rooted in compassion, authenticity, and hope based on the Christian faith. I believe every person has a story that matters and deserves to be heard without judgment. My faith plays an important role in how I view healing and purpose, but I always respect each client’s beliefs and meet you where you are. I value resilience, personal growth, and honest conversations—even when they’re difficult. I’m passionate about supporting mental health awareness, especially in communities where seeking help hasn’t always been encouraged. As a Black man in this field, I care deeply about creating a space where clients of color feel seen, safe, and understood. I also believe healing doesn’t have to be heavy all the time—there’s room for laughter, joy, and real connection along the way.
