My Background and Approach

I have been a nurse for 29 years, 11 of that as a nurse anesthetist, the last 5 as a psychiatric nurse practitioner. I use motivational interviewing and talk therapy along with prescribing the best medication with the least side effects to provide you with the best treatment plan.
