About My Clients
Are you an individual or couple who is experiencing trauma, grief, relational challenges, anxiety, ADHD, or depression? If so, I am here to help you. I see a wide range of clients, but what we all have in common is underlying needs and emotions that can heal with understanding and support. I oftentimes work with fellow creatives, men, and couples who are struggling to navigate life transitions, ADHD, depression, and anxiety.
My Background and Approach
I tailor my therapeutic approach to each individual, but always start with a foundation of respect and understanding. You deserve a space where you can be heard without being judged and supported in the growth you choose. Some common tools I pull from are mindfulness, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Mindfulness is a practice of returning to the present moment without judgement. Bringing more awareness into your life is often the first step to initiating change. IFS is a way of understanding the different "Parts" of ourselves. Do you ever feel stuck or like you don't know what to do? This is where IFS can help, by getting to know these parts and building an internal relationship with them, you can help find ways to move forward and get unstuck. EFT is a relational toolset that focuses on the patterns of conflict that arise in any relationship, romantic, familial, or professional. By understanding these patterns we can begin to connect again.
