My Background and Approach
I work with clients in a safe, and non-invasive manner. My training includes practice in Rapid Resolution Therapy, Emotional Pain Intervention, Brain Based Hypnotherapy, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, all of which are meant to provide healing in a timely and progressive manner. I am privileged to be trained in the latest psychoeducation research which teaches us that with the innovative counseling I offer, we can move forward with more clarity, energy, and focus.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that life experiences, at times stemming all the way back into childhood, can be carried into adulthood. These experiences can lead to learned behaviors and patterns of thinking that have all the potential to be updated into more useful ways of being, no matter what age we are. We heal most when we can be in a safe space and learn to tune into the calm, optimal part of our brain-body connection.
