Online therapy for teens, young adults, and adults in Washington and Texas. I'm a fully licensed mental health counselor, and I help people struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, and life transitions feel more grounded, connected, and confident in themselves. My approach is warm, relational, and mind-body focused, helping clients gain deeper self-understanding, improve emotional well-being, and create meaningful change that lasts.
My Background and Approach
My approach is gentle, collaborative, and experiential. I integrate somatic (mind-body focused) therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients better understand themselves, regulate their nervous system, and feel more grounded and authentic. Together, we’ll slow things down, explore deeper emotional patterns, and build a stronger connection to both mind and body.
