My clients are looking to collaborate on ways to move from just surviving to thriving. My clients are active in their treatment and are looking to move towards their vision of a happy, healthy, and meaningful life.
My Background and Approach
My practice style is trauma informed and strength focused. I primarily use Internal Family Systems along with Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) to meet the needs of my clients and move them towards their definition of a hopeful meaningful life. During the first visit with my clients I focus on getting to know the client and doing what I can to earn their trust.
