About My Clients
You may be here because the way you’ve been living no longer feels true — even if it once worked. I work with adults who hold themselves to high standards and are ready for therapy that goes beyond coping or symptom relief. My clients are often thoughtful, capable people who sense that their growth now requires honesty, depth, and change.
My Background and Approach
My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in the belief that real change comes from clarity and choice, not endless analysis. Therapy with me is collaborative and paced with care for your real life. The work is steady and meaningful — but not grim. Humor often has a place here, not as distraction, but as a sign of perspective and aliveness. Being able to see yourself clearly and laugh at what no longer fits is often part of real change. Together, we focus on recognizing what no longer aligns, releasing patterns that keep you stuck, and moving toward a life marked by greater integrity, connection, and coherence.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy is not about fixing what’s broken, but about living more truthfully. Many people come to this work not because they are in crisis, but because they are no longer willing to live out of alignment with their values. I believe growth requires honesty, responsibility, and compassion — and that meaningful change asks something of us. Therapy can be a place to reckon with old patterns and choose a way of living that feels more whole, alive, and your own.
