I believe in the power of being real—with ourselves and each other. I see people as layered, ever-evolving, and deserving of compassion no matter where they are in their journey. I value emotional honesty, personal accountability, and the courage it takes to face discomfort. I support the LGBTQ+ community fully and affirm all identities and expressions. I believe healing is nonlinear, growth often begins in messiness, and connection—with self and others—is at the heart of meaningful change.
