About My Clients
If you're an adult struggling with life transitions, heightened anxiety, depression; if you find yourself bending over backwards for people only for it to lead to resentment; or if you need an outside perspective on life -- know that I see you! My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have been practicing since 2012 and have experience with a variety of individuals, from infants to adults. I practice from an integrative perspective; I combine Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with client-centered and solution-focused interventions. I am collaborative in my approach to treatment.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I'm an LGBTQIA+ affirming, anti-racist, feminist therapist. I believe that Black Lives Matter. I believe that each person has the capacity to change and is constantly growing. My own therapy helped me manage some pretty intense anxiety and people-pleasing traits that were only holding me back.
