My Background and Approach
I use evidence-based therapies to treat a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, codependency, and family dysfunction. I treat adults and adolescents for various problems related to: trauma-related issues, relationships conflicts, emotion dysregulation, depression, anxiety, stress, self-esteem, parenting, survivors of abuse, and grief.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My number one value is integrity and I strive to cultivate an environment of safety for my clients. I am dedicated to providing a space where intersectionality and inclusiveness are top priorities in treatment planning as my clients are the experts of their experiences. I try to use my voice whenever I can in the community to support and elevate those around me.
