About My Clients
My clients are thoughtful adults navigating anxiety, OCD, attachment wounds, or trauma that shows up in relationships and self-worth. They want relief from overthinking, self-criticism, and emotional overwhelm. I work best with people seeking a warm, collaborative space to grow, and I offer affirming care for LGBTQ clients.
My Background and Approach
I’m a licensed psychologist specializing in anxiety, OCD, trauma, and attachment patterns that shape how we relate to ourselves and others. My training integrates evidence-based care with a strong relational and nervous-system-informed approach. I’ve worked extensively with adults who appear high-functioning yet feel overwhelmed internally—people who are tired of repeating the same relational cycles, managing constant worry, or carrying old wounds that still impact the present. In therapy, I focus on helping you understand your patterns with compassion, reduce emotional reactivity, and build a steadier sense of self. Clients describe my style as warm, grounded, and attuned. I also offer LGBTQ-affirming care and support clients navigating identity, relationships, and resilience.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be a place where all parts of you are welcomed without question. My work is deeply grounded in social justice values: I’m trans-affirming, queer-affirming, sex-work positive, and committed to supporting people whose identities or bodies have been marginalized. I view mental health as inseparable from the systems we move through, and I believe access should never be a luxury—which is why I choose to accept insurance. I support harm-reduction, bodily autonomy, and the right to self-define your identity, relationships, and community. My goal is to create a space where you can feel safe, seen, and supported exactly as you are.
