About My Clients
You might be someone who experienced a traumatic event, is ending a long-term relationship, or feels anxious, depressed, or unsettled in life. Or maybe you're the parent of a child who is struggling and you've tried everything. Many times, seeking greater connection and resiliency in life can lead to resolving many symptoms we didn't even know were related; stress, depression, eating issues, unexplained physical symptoms, chronic fatigue, depression, and more can be resolved in counseling.
My Background and Approach
My life has always been centered on a love of learning and curiosity. My learning has taken me many different directions and led me here, to become a Counselor. My passion for counseling and psychotherapy began with Somatic Experiencing® (SE™) and the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM™), which can be artfully intertwined to bring a peaceful settling to a hectic, stressful world. Through these trainings and my own personal learnings, my focus has been on trauma and the long-term effects on people's well-being. My education at The Ohio State University has also provided countless opportunities to develop ways in which I can contribute to others' lives as a counselor. I am grateful to be able to offer this work to the Central Ohio area, which is home to many somatic practitioners. I have been privileged to work with a wide range of people, from early childhood to late adulthood, in exploring their lives, emotions, and relationships to find clarity and calm.
